Strategy Arthur is a Unique troop in Ash's army, which means that there can only be one Arthur at a time. He is based off of Arthur in the Army of Darkness movie, who allies with Ash to fight the Deadites.
Arthur's damage per cost is fairly modest, but he makes up for this with his extremely high health. Arthur, when maxed, has over 20000 HP, over 10 times Ash's HP, and this makes him by far the most durable unit in Ash's army. His health allows him to withstand very heavy punishment from even Evil Ash. This durability can be enhanced even further by the Wiseman's healing, which allows Arthur to decimate wave upon wave of lesser Deadites with ease.
When Arthur is nearing death, it is advised to start saving up iron, so that if Arthur dies, you can quickly re-summon him. If Arthur manages to get his health back up without dying, you can spend that iron on other troops.
Arthur is accompanied by 2 Archers whenever he is summoned.
Notes
- You don't have to include the archers in your army in order to Arthur to come with them.
- Arthur is a Hero, he appears magically in a wave and then joins your army.
- Arthur has the highest health of all units in Ash's army.
